Ingrid’s service was phenomenal. We first tried to search for our apartment ourselves, but quickly found out it’s difficult to even get responses to ads, let alone arranging viewings.
Ingrid set up viewing at incredible efficiency, and we viewed 10+ apartments in two days (with a toddler tagging along no less).
Once we selected apartments we liked, she proactively chased the landlord until we got the contract for our 1st preference.
Last but not least, she proved to be a godsend at the handover. We faced a last minute issue that required complex negotiations. She fiercely defended our interest, and thanks to her we avoided a situation that could have created a complicated headache. Did I mention this was during the height of COVID-19 crisis?
